Tools Required: 

- 8mm Allen Key (OPTIONAL)

- Lift the strap up to retract the pannier mounts. This is also how you easily remove the pannier bags later. Mount it on the pannier mount bar on the rear rack.

- Loosen the lower clamp to fasten the bottom half of the pannier bag to the frame. Hand-tighten or use an 8mm allen key to fasten the pannier bag securely.
