Tools Required: 

- 8mm Allen Key (optional)

- Lift the strap to retract the pannier hooks. This is also the same method used to remove the pannier bags later.

- Place the pannier bag onto the pannier mounting bar on the rear rack.

- Loosen the lower clamp, then position it so the bottom of the pannier bag is secured against the frame.

- Hand-tighten the clamp, or use an 8 mm Allen key if needed, to fasten the pannier bag securely.
