 • If your order includes smaller accessories together with an e-bike or e-trike, we may place those items inside the bike packaging where possible to reduce carton size and make shipping more efficient 📦
 • If the accessories cannot fit safely inside the bike packaging, they will usually be shipped separately
 • e-bike and e-trike orders may take a little longer to prepare than smaller accessory orders
 • For some very remote delivery areas, our team may contact you if an additional shipping surcharge is required
