If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us at your earliest convenience — you can email, call, or text us with your order number and the correct address. We’ll do our best to help before your shipment leaves our warehouse.

Before Dispatch
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can usually update the delivery address. Address changes are time-sensitive because eBikes are prepared for freight quickly, so please reach out as soon as possible.
After Dispatch
Once your eBike has been processed for shipment, loaded, or collected by the carrier, we’re unable to change the address. At this stage, please use your consignment/tracking number to contact the carrier directly for available options (these may vary by carrier and location):
- Hold at depot for collection (photo ID required).
- Redirect to a nearby business or neighbour (fees may apply).
- Provide delivery instructions or request a specific window if offered (surcharges/limits may apply).
Note: eBikes are large, heavy items. Ensure the final address is truck-accessible and someone is available to receive the delivery.
Helpful Tips
- Double-check your address (unit number, entry codes, business hours) at checkout.
- If the original address won’t work, tell us early — it’s much easier before dispatch.
- Missed deliveries may incur redelivery fees from the carrier.
