If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us at your earliest convenience — you can email, call, or text us with your order number and preferred delivery date. We’ll do our best to adjust the pickup with Allied Express before your shipment leaves our warehouse.

Once your order has been collected by Allied Express, we can’t change the shipping date directly. However, if the first delivery attempt is missed, you can easily reschedule through Allied Express.
How to Reschedule Delivery with Allied Express
If Allied Express attempted delivery and left a “Card Left” notice, visit the redelivery portal and enter your consignment number:

Options typically include:
- Deliver Tomorrow – free under most metro services.
- Deliver by Courier Now – $30 surcharge (same-day metro redelivery).
- Deliver Tomorrow to a Business Address – free under most metro services.
- Deliver Next Saturday – $30 surcharge (must be booked before 10 am Friday).
- Authority to Leave (ATL) – delivery without signature if deemed safe.
Who Pays Redelivery Fees?
For any paid redelivery options (e.g., “Courier Now”, “Saturday Delivery”), the receiver (customer) pays the surcharge directly through the Allied Express portal.
Ridewave does not cover optional paid redelivery fees once a delivery attempt has been made. If you believe your delivery was missed in error, please reach out to us by email, phone, or text at [email protected] or 0490 428 331, and we’ll assist with investigating the issue.
Important Notes
- Redelivery must usually be arranged before 4 pm for next-business-day service.
- Saturday deliveries must be booked before 10 am Friday.
- If Authority to Leave (ATL) is selected, the driver may still withhold delivery if the area is not considered safe.
