Ridewave offers free Click & Collect by arrangement from our Melbourne and Sydney showrooms. Collection is not automatic at checkout: please wait for confirmation from the Ridewave team before travelling to a showroom.

Melbourne collection
Melbourne is Ridewave’s current online-order dispatch location. When your order and collection arrangements are confirmed, the team will let you know when it is ready.
If you would like your e-bike or e-trike assembled for collection, please give us advance notice where possible. Complimentary assembly can usually be arranged, ideally with 1–2 business days’ notice. Depending on the model and team workload, preparation can take approximately 30 minutes to two hours.
Once a vehicle has been assembled, it is not suitable for standard boxed freight. Please make sure you can collect it yourself in an appropriate vehicle, or arrange an approved transport provider at your own cost and risk.
Sydney collection
Sydney supports showroom visits, test rides and arranged collection. However, sellable boxed stock is transferred from Melbourne when pickup is approved, so Sydney collection can require extra time before the order is ready.
The Sydney showroom primarily holds demo bikes for test rides rather than a full range of boxed stock. Please do not travel to collect an order until Ridewave has confirmed that the stock transfer and collection preparation are complete.
Before you collect
Please bring your order confirmation and photo ID if requested. Before leaving, check that you have received the correct model, colour, battery, charger, keys and any ordered accessories.
If you are collecting an assembled vehicle, allow time to understand the basic controls and safety checks before riding away. If you need help choosing a suitable vehicle or arranging a test ride, contact us before placing the order.
Collecting parts or accessories
Spare parts and accessories may be available for Melbourne pickup when arranged. Sydney does not normally carry spare-parts inventory for direct purchase, so please contact us first to confirm compatibility, stock location and the best collection or delivery option.
