We aim to make the return process as smooth as possible while ensuring your product remains protected and verified. Please follow the steps below to request a return.
A. Submit a Return Request
Email our team at [email protected] or use the contact form on our website.
Include the following details in your message:
The word “RETURN” in the subject line.
Your full name, email address, and delivery address.
Your order number and a short explanation for the return (e.g. change of mind, damaged on arrival, incorrect item).
For any fault-related or warranty claims, attach clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
B. Receive Return Authorisation
Once we receive your request, our team will:
Review your information.
Confirm if your order is eligible for return under our policy (unopened and unused for change-of-mind, or approved warranty claim).
Provide a Return Authorisation (RA) number and packing instructions.
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. For major faulty or defective products, Ridewave Bikes will provide a pre-paid return label and cover the shipping costs.
C. Pack and Return
If approved, securely re-pack the product in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and protective materials included. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the box before sending. Only unopened and unused e-bikes are eligible for return.
Damaged products upon arrival or e-bikes with major manufacturing defects are exempt from this condition and will be handled under our warranty and consumer guarantee policy.
D. Processing Your Refund
Once your return is received and inspected:
Refunds or replacements will be processed within 2–3 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return has been finalised.
