Payment Methods, Promo Codes and Split PaymentsUpdated 3 hours ago

Ridewave accepts a range of secure payment methods at checkout. The available options currently include American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, UnionPay, Visa, Afterpay and Zip.

Using Afterpay or Zip

Afterpay and Zip are available as buy-now-pay-later options where they are offered at checkout. Eligibility, spending limits and payment approvals are managed by the relevant provider, so Ridewave cannot change or guarantee an available limit.

If an instalment option does not appear or a payment is declined, please check directly with the payment provider first. You can also choose another available checkout method.

Applying a promotion code

If you have a valid Ridewave promotion or discount code:

1. Add the correct product, colour and accessories to your cart. 2. Continue to checkout. 3. Enter the code in the discount or promotion field before payment. 4. Confirm that the discount has appeared in the order total before you complete the purchase.

Promotion codes can have conditions, expiry dates, product exclusions or minimum-spend requirements. If a code does not apply, please review the promotion terms before trying again.

If you forgot to use a code

Please contact Ridewave with your order number and the code as soon as possible. We can review the request, but a retroactive discount, refund of the difference or price adjustment is not guaranteed after an order has been placed.

This is especially important if the order is already being prepared for dispatch. We may be able to consider an appropriate solution case by case, but please do not assume that a promotion can be added after checkout.

Order and payment confirmation

An invoice or order confirmation is normally sent to the email address used at checkout. If you need proof of purchase, payment confirmation or a copy for multiple orders, contact us with the relevant order number or numbers. We can check the payment status and send the appropriate order or invoice document where needed.

Payment security checks

Occasionally, an order may be held briefly while we confirm payment, address or identity information. This is a normal security step and helps protect both customers and Ridewave from unauthorised transactions. If we need anything further, our team will contact you using the details on the order.
