Shipping Multiple Packages for One OrderUpdated 5 days ago

Sometimes, your Ridewave order may include more than one package — especially if you’ve ordered an e-bike along with accessories. This is completely normal and part of how we make sure everything reaches you safely and efficiently.



When Accessories Are Shipped Inside the Bike Box

If you’ve ordered smaller accessories (such as mirrors, phone holders, lights, or tool kits) with your e-bike, we’ll usually place them securely inside the main bike packaging. This helps reduce packaging waste, protects the items during transport, and ensures you receive everything together in one delivery.



When Items Ship Separately

For larger accessories or items that can’t safely fit inside the e-bike carton (for example, helmets, rear racks, or spare batteries), we’ll ship them in a separate package.

In this case, you’ll receive separate tracking information once each shipment is dispatched. The boxes may travel with the same courier or through different carriers depending on location and package size. It’s common for one box to arrive before the other — usually within 1–2 business days.



Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive one or more tracking links by email. If an item arrives before the rest, don’t worry — the remaining package is almost always just behind it.

If you’re ever unsure or believe something might be missing, please reach out to our support team with your order number and tracking details. We’ll check your shipment status and make sure everything’s on its way.
