Unboxing and Checking Your DeliveryUpdated an hour ago
When your Ridewave e-bike or e-trike arrives, take a few minutes to check the delivery before starting assembly. This makes it easier to identify a missing item, shipping damage or an incorrect product early.
Check the cartons before opening
Inspect each carton for obvious external damage, such as a large tear, puncture, crushed corner or water damage. If a carton appears seriously damaged, take clear photos before moving the product or disposing of any packaging.
Please keep the original cartons and internal packaging until you have checked the product and completed assembly. They can be useful if Ridewave needs to review a delivery issue or arrange a return.
Make sure you have received every parcel
An order may arrive in more than one parcel. E-bikes, e-trikes, parts and accessories can sometimes be shipped separately, depending on the order and carrier arrangements. If this happens, Ridewave will send separate order-tracking emails for the relevant shipments.
Before assuming anything is missing, please check your tracking emails and any additional delivery notifications. Some accessories may arrive separately from the main vehicle carton.
Check your order before assembly
Compare what you received with your order confirmation. Please check:
- The model and colour are correct.
- Ordered accessories and parts are present.
- The main product and visible components have no obvious damage.
- The battery, charger and key items are included where applicable.
Do not begin assembly or ride the product if you can see serious damage to the frame, wheels, brakes, battery, charger or other safety-critical parts.
If something is missing, incorrect or damaged
Take clear photos of the carton, shipping label, product and affected item. Then contact Ridewave with your order number and a short description of what you found. This gives our team the information needed to review the next step promptly.
For delivery timing, parcel updates and collection information, see Shipping & Delivery. If you believe the product itself may have a fault, please submit a warranty claim with your order number, photos and a short video where appropriate.
