Shipping Multiple Packages for One Order

Some Ridewave orders may arrive in multiple packages — especially when you order an e-bike with accessories. Smaller items might be packed inside the main bike box, while larger accessories ship separately with their own tracking details.

Do Ridewave E-Bike Deliveries Require a Signature?

Some Ridewave e-bike deliveries require a signature upon arrival to ensure safe delivery. Please make sure someone is available on the scheduled date, as carriers like Allied Express, TNT, or Team Global may not leave your package unattended.

Can I Change My Shipping Date?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us at your earliest convenience — you can email, call, or text us with your order number and preferred delivery date.

Can I Change My Delivery Address?

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. Because your eBike is prepared for dispatch quickly, we can only make changes in a very short window.

International Orders

At this stage, Ridewave Bikes does not accept international orders. We currently deliver eBikes and accessories within Australia only. International shipping is not available through our website or customer service team at this time.
